Last week summer was finally on its way! It reached 32 degrees in our Central Otago vineyard and our viticulture team were completing shoot thinning. Our vines are looking great and loved the sunshine.
Things have got off to a cooler start this week – after lots of rain the grass has greened up and there is snow on the hills. Our wind machines are ready to fight the frosts that are expected tonight.
